About
Fiona is a Georgetown University alum with studies in foreign languages (French and German) and linguistics and subsequent graduate work focusing on PTSD at NYU, Columbia University and New York State Psychiatric Institute. Her work experience includes Finance, Real Estate, Communications, and both Corporate and Small Business Management, including international corporate banking in Madrid, where she learned Spanish. From 2021 she worked with a senior fiduciary and a veteran estate planning attorney on probate matters and trust administration, as a fiduciary and paralegal. And in 2022, she launched her own practice, and now manages several trusts, SNTs, conservatorships of the person and estate, and estates in probate. She is President of the Monterey Bay Chapter of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, and a member of the Monterey County Women Lawyers Association and the Monterey County Bar Association. She is an advocate for children and adults with disabilities, with experience with NAMI and various county departments, ASD, ADHD, ODD and Behavioral Issues, IEP and 504 Process in the schools and navigating health insurance and MediCal for access to services.
